Her practice is centered on the photographic processes of the XlXème century (coal printing, wet collodion, cyanotype), which involve the creation of images from the fundamental elements of photography: photosensitive chemicals, light and darkroom.
Majo Guerrero plays with the encounter of the document, archiving, simulation and fiction: by appropriating digital archives of space telescopes or satellite images, she creates improbable and suggestive photographic objects.
